What's the deal with returns on this site? I ordered a TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 MK3 (1) and I wasn't satisfied with it, pretty expensive for what you get and don't get…no free software, all pay to play.
In regard to a very simple, within the timeframe return for hardware, there is no link in the order to complete a return. I have tried the chat assistant and it says "no specialists are available to chat. We will respond to via email." But I've gotten nothing except a copy emailed to me of the chat. I already have two tickets submitted and no one is getting back to me. There's no automation for returns, no links in my order to request, nothing. How have others done it? Is there anything that has worked for others? Or, do I just have to wait and hope they get back to me?
Found a Reddit thread to tag @ShelLuser. Can you help as you said "poke 'em" to respond to me? Thanks for any help/advice.
