Refund

I purchased a product as a mistake (I already own it).
I have tried to get support through my Order History, but that doesn’t seem to work.
How do I get in touch with support?
Also, I can’t find a better category on this forum than this one, sorry for that!

Good suggestion by PK The DJ, but be aware that “Hide owned products” doesn’t work PERFECTLY. As also “What’s new for me” and the suggested update/upgrade paths. They all do some mistakes sometimes (some products are shown anyway, available paths are not proposed,…)… so double check in any case 😉

Yes I think it's usually when you buy things in a bundle, it still shows the separate products (it doesn't seem aware that the bundles contain those products).
Before the hiding option was introduced, I accidentally bought several expansions during a special offer.
There was no problem getting a refund from NI, but based on what happened, I made a suggestion here that purchased products should be hidden - so I like to think I had a small part in the process 😁

It’s even stranger: the system knows you own SOME of the products of a bundle, ignores SOME others. And it’s not always the same.
It’s just a mystery ☺️
