Traktor Pro 4 - won't install my Apple Music

Help!

Traktor pro 4 just decided to completely crash and reboot deleting all my playlists!

I'm now starting over AGAIN (this must have happened at least 4/5 times since I began using this software)

However it won't let me 'select' my Apple Music folder.

can someone help me with this at all?

Yep that's true, but as far as I'm aware you don't need to set the folder for Apple Music on a Mac? I tried to set it when I switched to Mac from PC, but it loads without setting a path to the music folder or to the old XML file.

everything is just greyed out and it won't let me select 'music'

TP4 should pick up Apple music without needing you to do anything. Where in the Traktor preferences are you trying to set the music folder? If it's the "iTunes/Music" setting that's only when you're using the old XML integration which isn't usually needed now.

Those are applications, you need to select a folder with music files.
