upgrade from Traktor 3 to pro 4

hi there ive just paid for Traktor 4 upgrade from Traktor 3 which was also an upgrade from 2.

its sat in native access but won't download.

I added the serial to the list of devices all good but won't download programme…

I'm on Sonoma 14.5

need this to work as doing tonight…

original problem on Traktor 3 is when doing track gridding of whole hdd music it does it.

but then when I restart all them grids have gone .right pain in the ass.

can anyone help today…
