New Kontrol S4 Mk3 jogwheel issues

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem (I think) with my jogwheels on my S4 Mk3 I just got in the mail this weekend. Whenever I have them in turntable mode, they seem to freak out if I spin one of them backwards. The wheel will spin erratically in both directions and skip through a track really weird.

Is this supposed to happen? I've tried looking for info or help about this but I can't seem to find anything. I've tried updating the firmware and it says it's already up to date. What should I do?

    I have read that uninstalling the newest Controller Editor and reinstalling Controller Editor Version 2.6.2 is supposed to help. See here: LINK

    It worked! I got the same response from support too, everything seems to be running smoothly now.
