Problem with my decks

hey guys im new at the traktor kontrol thing but ive just turned them on to try do a beginner lesson and normally they are lit up all colorful but there only lighting up when i press on the on button then nothing and the master button in the middle of the decks is flashing orange i have double checked all cables and cords on speakers, decks and monitor and they all seem good and plugged in correctly anybody no what it could be. cheers in advance
