Traktor S2 MK3 Crossfader stopped working!

HI, so as the title says, my less than 6 month old S2 MK3 bought brand new up and stopped working. When I move the fader the midi light gloes off and on randomly like iots trying amnd getting signal however it kind of just trembles a bit., Ive blown it out and I do have Deoxit Fader F5 however if its somethiong else Im overlooking hoping someone can point mem in right direction. THis is rediculous. IM not even a scratch Dj. I do use the crosdsfader in mixxing as Im from the old skool and not a fader in middle and voliume slammer, well at least nnot at the moment but if this is deasd then I may have to.
