Best practices for timing sequencer modules

Hi, I'm a new user to Reaktor seeking some insight on some timing issues I've come up against using the Multiplex 16 sequencer module. After trying a few different configurations, I've had the best results with the following chain of modules-
Sync Pls. (100% width) - Hold (minimum length)
Song Position (96 event output) - Modulo / 6 - this gives song position in 16th notes, wraps around to feed the position of 2 chained 16 Multiplex sequencers - outputs gate logic signals (0/1), these are multiplied by the output of the Hold module to convert gate-trigger
This makes for a pretty effective 32-step trigger sequencer, but I'm having trouble with the timing of about the first 4 steps - a sequence with all 4 consecutive 16th notes on or off triggers as expected, but anything other combination seems to cause unpredictable trigger behavior. Any ideas on what might be causing this, or suggestions for a cleaner solution? I've tried differently ordered variations of this to no avail…I guess I could just use an event table to do something similar, but I'd like to be able to send MIDI messages to toggle buttons on/off for x0x style sequencing.
I'm using Reaktor 5, if that matters..

Post what you have, or at least pics of the structure and parameter settings, otherwise helping is just guesswork.
Reaktor 5 will not be ideal because if someone fixes your work or posts an example, you won't be able to load it. Most folk are using the latest version.
