F1 Traktor Controller - Download the software

Hi,

I bought the f1 Traktor Controller . Now I want to download the software as described. But I do not get any Traktor Version to use it. It is described that I can install a Traktor version.

What do I have to do ?

it says:

A voucher comes included with Traktor Kontrol F1** – use it to purchase Traktor Pro 4 or any other downloadable NI software and expand your sonic toolkit

**The e-voucher will be sent via email within 48 hours after hardware registration and is valid for three months.

Are you saying you did not get any voucher?

There was no voucher sent to me after the the registration. Where can I write to, to get the voucher ?
