New 5 for £50 deal on Maschine Expansions

Hi all, I'm new here so be nice…I have bought a few of the deals for maschine expansions (the latest ones, April 2025) and want to purchase another 5, but when i put them in my basket they don't have the discount like they did before, I've deleted cookies and search data and all that and still the same result, they are not being discounted.

Is there a limit on how many you can purchase, I've tried everything.

Any help would be grateful.

    Did you read the fine print ? (copy below here) If that doesn't tell why then you need to contact N.I. Purchase Support to have them assist.

    Its strange because none of those expansions are in my basket, when im not logged into my account my basket has the discount, but as soon as i login the discount goes, almost like ive reach a limit on the purchase.

    Will contact customer support.

    Thats what my checkout looks like when im signed in, theres is only 5 in my basket as ive done twice before, and no discount..but like i say before im signed in the discount is there.

    Just thought i would share this to see if any suggestion before i go to customer support..x

    Alas then if there is no obvious conflict with the 'rules' for the purchase that we can see then all we can do is to advice to contact purchase support.

    The only thing that I could think of is that you might get a problem with the site if you are trying to buy an expansion that you already own , that would make some sense at least but other than that then only support will be able to help or fix the problem.

    Well I got hold of native customer support and they have said that your only allowed 3 purchases of the packs per customer, I cant see in the terms and conditions anything about this unless I'm being blind.

    If I had knew I would have chosen my purchases more wisely.

    but now I'm left with what I'm left with, what a pain.

    Anyways I just thought I would keep you updated on this situation.

    Not happy at all, but hey what can you do .

    Thank you very much for sharing what was supports response.

    @Jeremy_NI , perhaps support ought to consider help people with getting their expansions swapped if they will only allow three purchases and do not tell people up front.
