Issue with Komplete Kontrol

Hi everyone,
for the past two days, i caan't run komplete kontrol, whether in standalone mode or from the DAW i usually use (Reason).
To be more specific, when i click "open" komplete kontrol from native access, i get this screen :
And that's all. It remains like that until i stop it.
I work with Windows. I use Komplete Kontrol since january, and i don't know what to do. Thanks for the help.

I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but the issue remains the same.

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then first reset the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Then reset the Komplete Kontrol Database
Then run Komplete Kontrol as standalone to see if that helps.

- Make sure Komplete Kontrol is not running.
- Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:
