Where to get Traktor 4 with X1MK3/Z1MK2

Hi,

I recently bought the newest X1/Z1 Controller and the ad said, it comes with Traktor 4. But when I put the serials into access, nothing happened and when I try to run the 4 demo, I cannot connect it to access. What is the secret to get/run Traktor 4?

Can you see the serial numbers in your account?

Hi,

yes the serial is in my account, access is the newest version. Both devices has a hardware serial. I can add them to my access but nothing happened on the software side. Weird. The support asked me, where i saw that this products comes with Traktor. oh man.
