Hello. I just purchased the Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 controller (April 9, 2025). I went to install Traktor Pro 4, but the serial number only lets me install Pro 3. How can I contact you by email or phone?

Yesterday I installed it for a friend and at first only Traktor Pro 3 appeared, once installed, then Traktor Pro 4 appeared in Native Access.
