    Hey!

This sounds weird, can you share a video?

Sounds like if you have something mapped. Did you made any changes in the config?

Hi, this is what i thought first and check everywhere to make sure but yeah the low knob feels very loose now like no resistance, its really weird to me as i have never got a hit on it or spilled liquid but i guess the knob itself is not hard to find right? il do a video later the family is sleeping now

Thanks, yeah that would be useful to know if it might be a hardware issue.

    Have you tried cleaning it?

Pushing the knob to register it sounds like a hardware issue, possibly damaged by a strong hit.

Since i bought it never had a liquid spill or a hit on it not even a soft bump so at this point i can say im pretty confident that was not the cause

Well i guess Zip works, @Martiniix_NI if the question is opened it and cleaned then no i always clean the surface and put the mixer back into the box after every use, but i did spray a lil contact spray to see if that would do something but its still the same

    Hey!

1st. Please try to reset your preferences to the default in case you have something wrong with your mapping.

2nd. Use MIDI monitor when you replicate the issue to verify if something is wrong with the MIDI messages. (If you could send a video of this would be great).
