how do i transfer komplete 8 and 9 ultimate from my old macbook pro to my new mac mini m4? please help
There will be products in K8/K9 that aren't compatible with the latest Macs, but as a starting point you need to install the latest version of Native Access from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
Once it's installed log in with your NI username and password and you'll see all the products available to download.
Be aware that the first time you run Native Access you'll get a popup from MacOS asking for your username and password to install additional software. This is for your MacOS user/password, not your Native Instruments one.
