I had a gift of traktor s4 mk1 controller and need the lisence how can I get it if the man who giftted me is too old now to remember

    Hello,

    habe a look under the device if there is a serial number, then you can try to contact support. I guess the serial is already registered so entering it into native access will probably not work but maybe worth a try.
