Delete old NI VST and install new VST3

Can everything NI be deleted from my computer for the purpose of MacHD upgrade (1-4TB), Then reinstall with an upgrade to NI 15 with everything VST3? My Hard drive is just about full. I couldn't tell you about half of the ****** thats in there from MacOS,But they say it has to stay. My Samsung ssd's are a pain in the azz and I need a better hub for everything but a new HD would eliminate 2 cables in the spaghetti mix. All the important work files are out, everything else can go away. I would like a fresh start with everything working and all of NI and my projects on 1 main Drive. Over the years a few (NI) things have gone missing with the 2 SSD's and probably been deleted. Not to mention in another question I posted about my VST2 stuff not working. Just want to start over without the drama ( until VST4 ) ! I'm sure thats just around the bend. Abelton will be redone too, Thats the less taxing upgrade.

If you're upgrading with a new HD I'd suggest a clean installation of MacOS and just install what you want. What are "they" (whoever "they" are) saying has to stay ?
