Kontakt 8 sample issue

I have Kontakt 8 fully updated, running on a PC, with 2 samples (electric storm and rickenbacker bass. when i start Kontakt and load the samples and press buttons on either my screen or keyboard, i get the audio effects from electric storm fine. when i load the rickenbacker bass, all i hear is my normal keyboard sound?? what am i doing wrong?

Did you check the Rickenbacker Bass settings ?

Else then what exactly do you mean by "when i load the rickenbacker bass"

And what do you mean by/what is "my normal keyboard sound" ?

Also could you please provide a screenshot where the problem is experienced ?
