Why is Komplete Kontrol failing to load instruments when machine 2 and Kontackt 8 are fine?

First off i have uninstalled and re-installed Komplete Kontrol, and all libraries are fine according to Native Access 2, and everything seems to be there and working in machine 2 and Kontakt 8.
Komplete Kontrol is showing the complete library but when you try to load an instrument it fails, "loading issue, plug-in not found…" it disappears before my bad eyesight can finish reading it (side note, beats me why they make some of those dialogue boxes so damn small).
Any ideas how to fix this?

Did you try the Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database ? (afterwards must run once as standalone before use in a DAW) .

Else try uninstalling KK and remove in the NI reg tool if still there after uninstall and then reinstall again.

If you are on a Mac and the instruments are on a separate drive, did you check that KK has permissions for the drive with the instruments? That has to be granted per application.

Forgot to say windows 11 install, content on external hard drive. Fresh install from scratch on new computer.

So would a readout of exactly where you are seeing this message. Loading Komplete Kontrol where - exactly? DAW? Onscreen? Somewhere else?
