unknown hardware serial number

I bought a controller second hand and do not know the serial number. Can I connect to Traktor Pro 4 Software without my hardware S.N?

If you already have the traktor software it's not a problem.
If you need the software it's best to contact the seller and ask for a transfer key for the software.
If that is not possible, contact the native instruments support and maybe they can do something.
