Volume Level Down on my Controller but up in my software

Hi everyone - I'm trying to find what could be the problem. I've recalibrated all settings and everything is up to date. Using Traktor Pro 4. This just started happening. About 30% of the time my volume level is at zero on my controller but the software reads it as all the way up which is very problematic. Any ideas? Im on Traktor S5 and Software Traktor

Check Preferences→Loading.

Reset Deck Controls, Reset Mixer Controls. I forgot which one needs to be unchecked, but i usually uncheck both.
