Refund Request for Duplicate

I purchased Ozone 11 for $59 (update) and also purchased Komplete 15 Standard which also includes Ozone 11 so there was no need to purchase Ozone 11 separately. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact a live person at NI to resolve my issue as the AI assisant is not adequate in addressing my issue. Can anyone recommend a way to get my refund for the duplicate purchase? Or a way of contacting someone at NI live?

    If you use NI support chat during office time, at the end of the (useless) chat bot procedure you should be prompted with the opportunity to chat with a real person.

    Even during no office time, if your problem is not solved at the end you should be able to open a ticket and someone from support should contact you via email.

    Remember to be logged in with your account when using support.


    This should be the only way to discuss a refund (with support). Only them can help you with this
