Native Access upgrades from another machine

I'm quite happy taking my steadfast laptop offline when support runs out for Win 10 and I'm not wanting a discussion about Microdaft ta. Suffice to say that even if I forced Win 11 on my laptop, I wouldn't be able to get updated drivers for it..so if NI support ever advise updating drivers, then it ain't happening. Line drawn under that discussion please folks.

My query is if I can somehow import Traktor updates from another machine…

Turn on internet, update traktor, turn off internet.

That should be easy and pretty save.

If you have Traktor authorised on the Win10 machine I'd expect you to be able to copy updates of the same major version from another PC. You should be safe with the laptop online even after the security updates end as long as you don't access any suspect sites. Connecting, running Native Access for updates then disconnecting isn't going to be a big risk as long as you have the Windows firewall up or you're behind a NAT router.

The alternative is to stick with an installed and working version of course, unless there are upgrades that you really need to have.

Sometimes people manage to intercept downloads while they install and take those downloads to same or another computer. But generally then N.I: do not support off-line installation and updating. We in the forum in between get links for manual downloads when/if there is a need for it but with respect to the situation that you describe then such downloads usually is outdated. So generally then if you want to update stuff off-line then you will have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask if they will play along by giving you a download link in private. Stranger things has happened but you should not count on it to happen.
