Based on the Maschine logo, I'm guessing you haven't just bought this new. If you bought it second hand, did you get a license transfer from the seller?
The Maschine+ needs to connect to your wifi network to be able to register. Did you do that?

Did you not register it when you first got it? If so you shouldn't need to do it again.
I registered before, but recently, I don't know what happened. It keeps asking me to register again when I open it. I've tried many times, but it doesn't work.
