Hi guys, is it possible to split two different sounds on keyboard with Maschine plus ?

    Yes it is possible, you can do that in the Sampler. Read the Manual and you know how it works ;-)

    Is this possible with instruments - for example Monark to receive on one MIDI channel and FM8 to receive on another MIDI channel?

    Yes, you have to configure the MIDI settings for Group and Sound accordingly. However, there are limitations when recording. I don’t remember the details anymore but Maschine’s MIDI implementation is quite broken especially when it comes to routing Controller messages as they are always considered as if they where sent with channel Omni.

    You can make so much split's and add even more control of all parameters and to put it all on one keyboard mode and you will be left with more unused Keys/zones.

    Be patient and I can assure you that you can do everything in M+ standalone mode but I exhausted trying to give example aside my main project.

    Literally everything is possible and even impossible is possible so just take a big dreath and do something minimalistic but do as much as you can do to sound good.

    Take one step at the time, eventually you will come across the Pad-MIDI in and out and above Group with just MIDI in - Manual. When you connect them to the same Chanel as you select in the MIDI settings you will be able to do multiparmeters Automation/ Modulation and it's going to be faster than any other DAW and you can do so much that me personally, I would never have such ideas if it isn't for the Maschine.

    I was looking for something similar to complement my M+ performance and I just didn't find any device like M+ that can play hours of finished Tracks and can do Live performanse.

    I was seeing only DJ players and half products which can't do what I need and maybe it's second M+ .

    Always connect same channel from to the device and vice versa. Then it will be working. I was controlling Arranger with 4 separate MIDI channels and mobile app while playing live M+ standalone. I routed Audio channels from Arranger and I recorded all 4 of them and I recorded Nektar P1 program change for Prism sound change.

    Everything is possible.
