Native Access showing 90% of my plugins need "Repair"

This is the 3rd time this has happened on both of my Mac's, Intel and Apple Silicon. I know it's not a hard drive issue as they have already been tested. Since I have hundreds of plug-ins this is very time consuming to repeat this task. Has anyone else had this problem?

On an external drive? If this is what I think it is, this is an issue with Mac OS X, not Native Access. What happens is the drive doesn't unmount properly, so the mountpoint isn't released. Then when it tries to connect the drive again, as that mountpoint is taken, it sticks a 1 on the end. Result: files aren't where NA expects.
