Komplete Audio 6 MK1 Main Output (1+2) causing distortion / bitcrushed sound from headphones.

Hello! As stated in the title I'm having a weird issue (only occured recently) where the audio coming out of my headphones is distorted & bitcrushed. It was previously working fine, and occurred for the first time a few weeks ago, seemed to correct itself temporarily, and has happened again.
If I switch the output audio in Windows to 3/4, I can toggle my headphones to output to 3/4 too and the audio comes through with perfect clarity. Suggesting that its not my headphones, the port, the adapter being used, nor the hardware (KA6 MK1) itself seemingly. But perhaps, software or driver related. However, I cannot set my Audio Device correctly in Ableton, as it expects the default (Main output) of channel 1/2.
Here are some more details.
My OS, Windows 11 (most recent version, with all updates & optional updates installed)
Bios is totally up to date, as are my NI Drivers. Firmware on the KA6 Is compeltely up to date too.
I have tried completely uninstalling & reinstalling the KA6 drivers, even ASIO4ALL.
I've used a few diagnostic tools, recommended by other users & support from NI in similar threads i've found, (LatMon or something) but everything seems to be perfectly operational.
I've tried different USB cables, different USB ports, and restarted my computer a few dozen times, no luck.
I've also unplugged & replugged the KA6 a few times with no results either.
AT this point I'm at a complete loss for solutions, and would love any clever suggestions on things to try. I was very happy to continue using my KA6 for a few years, but these issues are getting in the way of my music making, and causing me a lot of frustration, I'm about to bite the bullet and replace it with a FocusRite or something.
Thanks in advance folks, hope to hear from you soon! Please let me know if there's any more info I can provide in order to help find a solution. I'd gladly give more details if we can pinpoint the source of this.

Oh I should mention I've also tried changing my Windows power plan, to not shut down USB ports as per another threads suggestion.
