Update from Pro2 to 3 to 4 and switch from Windows ---> Mac

Hello, I am new here or rather I have not worked as a DJ for years now and used to work with the PRO 2 version. This is about to change again and I am no longer the subject. My questions would be:
I bought the Pro3 update years ago because it was once on sale, but never installed it. Now of course I would like to update from 2 to 3 or later to version 4. I would also like to switch from a Windows computer to a Mac and continue using my AUDIO 10 soundcard. Are there detailed descriptions of how I have to proceed so that I can also integrate my playlists? Maybe there is someone near Osnabrück ( Lower Saxony Germany ) who would support me a little !?!
I am very rusty and currently find it difficult to get back into the topics. Would be great if there are also tutorials.
Thanks in advance and best regards :-)

    Hello,

the update should be absolutely no problem, as far as you have your native access login. The audio 10 on a new mac should work as you can see here it is listed under the newest mac os as compatible:

Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS – Native Instruments

if you want we can speak/write german privately via pm, im also from saxony - but the other one

Great and many thanks for the quick reply. Yes, it would help if we could talk to each other in German. I can/may simply write to you under the Message button ?
At the moment I don't know what the exact procedure would be to make the change with an update on the Mac.
Yes, I can log in to native.

    Thanks and best regards HP

Yes just message me by clicking on my name and use the "message" button. The transition depends on what you already have, as far as I know you have to export your collection and then import it. I can also ask someone else if this is possible between windows and Mac but it should. Do you use a controller and so on ...
