Can’t use the voucher on Massive X?

I recently purchase the s49 Mk3 and I keep getting that lovely this “voucher isn’t valid”

see here I’m confused, massive X is fully NI. It isn’t a bundle I’m trying to purchase, it’s under 399, and currently not on sale. Falls under terms, yet still invalid?

After contacting NI about this they responded saying “the s series comes with a complete select voucher, that can only be used on select” completely ignoring the stated 399$ native instruments voucher on there hardware product page.

I then mentioned how the voucher comes with my purchase and now I’ve stopped receiving emails

Yeah there's a few I think, especially the larger commercial/orchestral style libraries.

You should be able to get any of the 'Sampled Instruments' that are part of the Komplete Collectors Edition from this list is a good starting point:
