Traktor Pro 3 issue

TP3 starts to load from short cut icon on DT and then crashes. Tried loading from NA site, same thing. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    have you tried a reinstall from native access, so you get any error prompt or does it just crash and what system do you use?

    Sorry for late reply

    I will try the reinstall first

    I’m using Windows 11 on a HP laptop 3 yr old with plenty of processing power etc

    update

    Tried to assign ASIO 4 ALL in the drop down box of options, crashes every time. All other options are ok. Will try new install of TP3 then get back to you all. TY
