Touch strip problems with my S8

Does anyone know how to stop the touch strip from moving when playing a track? Even if it's just one track. I'm sure a setting got changed some how but I can't figure it out.

Try to set the sensitivity to 0% and see if it applies? (Preferences → Traktor S8 → Touchstrip → Sensitivity)

have you checked the preferences, there must be a tab for the s8, maybe there is a setting. I don´t own that product myself so i can´t check that.

You can check simply by loading the s8 factory mapping.
