I cant find traktor pro software after resetting my pc

In Native Instruments used to be a download easy link to get the software next to my serial number product. Now it is only through Native Access and even if I put my serial number 100 times, I cant find traktor pro there. When I install it through the website not using native access, it asks me for serial number but when I click there, nothing happens again. Can someone help me please?

    Which operating system are you using? Which version of it? And what version of Traktor?

    Traktor Pro 2 isn‘t supported on modern versions of macOS for example. Therefore it isn‘t shown in Native Access on modern macOS.

    You need to log in to main site, so you can check your products and download software you own.

    Yeah I did, but when I get there and I see my serial number registered, it only lets me download through native access and then I dont see traktor pro in my list
