Getting the Traktor Kontrol activated

I bought this product from a guy that was selling his DJing stuff. When I go to add the serial number to my account it says its already been registered to another account. Has anyone ran into this issue when they have bought it from private seller.

    Use the support form, with the hardware serial you can ask NI to transfer the license to you.

    You need to ask the seller to transfer the license to you.

    What if I can't get a hold of the seller. I have texted and emailed and has not responded. Can customer support help?
