Can't find Maschine software (1.8 or 2.0) on new machine (Mac M1)

When I log into Native Access on the same account, I see different products available for install. Meaning on my old machine, I see the software available for install, but on my new machine it is not showing.
Why is this, and how can I install the same on my new machine? I try to enter the serial number, but it tells me it is already registered even though it is the exact same account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello atranv, as long as you login with the same account, you can use your products on your new computer. So, you are logging in with a different account which is causing this issue probably. Here is the Knowledge Base Article that can help you with this subject:
