Note gets stuck and keeps playing in Maschine 3.1.1

When I'm using an instrument from the library and play a note with the pads, or a midi keyboard, a note becomes 'stuck' and keeps playing.  Nothing prevents it from playing endlessly. Neither muting the instrument, playing it again, switching the top right ‘off' button, or changing to another 'scene'  . Nothing works apart from quitting Maschine and restarting. I occasionally had this problem with Maschine 2.0 but it happens all the time in 3.1 and there's no ' Panic' button to stop it. Anyone got a solution for this bug ? Thanks ...
