Maschine 3.1.1 no midi output

I use Maschine to play chords and notes into Logic. Build a template in Machine 2 which allows to use the knobs to send midi. I open an instance of Maschine and feed this into Logic using the Virtual In/out from Machine. This works like a charm. However, this seems not to work in Maschine 3.1.1. Is there a different setup on the midi ports needed, or is it a bug?

    Removed Maschine 2.18, and reinstalled Maschine 3. Still no midi from the system and hardware.
