Purchased Diva vst, STILL under review…

that’s crazy, I should’ve bought from u-he website as the service here is horrible. I have contacted support, ignored, then they said it was “escalated”… like… WTH it’s just a vst… what’s so special… and of course the charge went through Apple Pay right away….

    today unfortunately, at least they should specify it will take time to deliver, it needs to go through review… their working hours… but no… just charge asap then deal with the problems

    Hmm. Interesting.

    I have been buying stuff in the shop for years and do not think I have ever seen an "under review" for any order. Must be something triggering it on the other end.

    The upside is - it's Diva. Well worth the wait.

    And why did you buy it via the NI shop - better price?

    it seems many people have this issue… it’s so easy these days to just download things off the internet so when you try to pay and support the people behind it and this happens… just super unprofessional and frustrating. Will file a charge back if no response and will definitely not buy anything of NI again…
