maschine sounds aren't in the right place

so i changed over to a new computer downloade all sounds from native access was successful but when i open the hardware im not able to control hardware it keep giving me a message that the sounds aren't in the right place can't go into sequencing mold to make a song please if anyone can help im all ears.

    You may need to repopulate your library. scan all folders.

    @nathaniel What message do you get exacly? What's your operating system?

    Is that the kind of messages? Have yyou ried the following? Maschine Error: "Missing Plug-ins. The following Plug-ins could not be loaded"

    so the hardware is stuck it's not moving when i try to open the sounds say they're not in the right place but i see them in the right place just bought a new computer trying to make adjustment i don't know if it need a different upgrade to make machine recognize what's going on this is the second maschine that was made i see a lot has change now native access is the goto to fix problem's it's been a long time since i upgraded i didn't think it would be this hard just wont my gear to work im lost i need someone to take over my computer just to see the problem up close not to computer savvy.

    Ok but it's hard to understand what's actually happening. Also we would need to know more about your system, your Operating System, which Maschine controller it is etc…

    How does that manifest exactly? "when i try to open the sounds say they're not in the right place"

    Do you get an error message? What's the link with Native Access? Maybe a video would help in this case.

    my computer is a hp pavilion desktop tp01-2244 as for the maschine mk3 let's say your geting ready to start a song in the arranger say i went into all instrument i pick alicia keys sound wont load maschine say sound are not in the right place but i see them i try to rescan nothing happening the hardware wont go to browser it like it's stuck or frozen doing weird thing. if can contact call (424)200-5641 my office number.

    If you don't connect the Maschine controller and try to do the same thing, what is happening? "maschine say sound are not in the right place" what's the error message, can you post a screenshot?

    Have you followed the steps of the article I had posted?
