I have repaired, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, used the NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit.. nothing works. (I'm a former sw engineer of 20 years)
General tips I find online is "once open, go to prefs.." or "restart the data base" (??) type answers. I can't do anything, as it just says "waiting for a product scan" and nothing happens… it never opens…
