Bought used mk2 49s from Guitar Center, can't activate.

So i got this mk2 s49 and it was a open item from guitar center i tried to use the serial on the hardware to register it says the serial has already been used tried the NI support i sent all pics of the hardware with the serial underneath and pictures of my receipt of purchase along with video i got less then 14 days to return it so i'm hoping if anyone knows how i can get this process moving faster as i am on a time frame before i can't return this does anyone know how long it takes? after sending all to the support this was the reply.

If you cannot contact the former owner, we can try to find the registration in our database and ask the account holder for confirmation: Therefore, we would need proof of ownership. Please send us the following information:

  • photo of the hardware serial number from the bottom of the device
  • photo/scan of the invoice/receipt or anything that can prove your purchase

Please note that we do not release serials from user accounts without the written confirmation of the account holder. If the account holder rejects the confirmation of the sale, we are not permitted to release the serial numbers.

 

If this should occur, you can either return the product to the seller or purchase the software product from our shop:

Please note that these software licenses will not require a hardware registration to run. You will be able to use the hardware with the software as a plug and play device.

    @PoorFellow thank you for your reply and no need to after they relooked at my support ticket, they were able to transfer the license to me !
