Traktor Kontrol Z1 doesn't work

Ok hello
I am a bit pissed off seriously!
So here is the problem I am using Traktor Kontrol Z1 since many years on MacbookPro and it has worked perfectly without any problem, but the problem I had to change of computer (the mac getting too old) so I bought recently a PC lap top hewlett packard. And I have installed the driver for windows, amd I can see in ableton live the driver, but the Traktor Kontrol Z1 doesn't light up, it doesn't receive the power supply to work properly. So I tried on another PC a tower and it worked without any problem. So I was thinking maybe I should use an USB port with power supply and the same problem it doesn't want to turn on…It drives me very crazy because actually I really cannot find the problem is coming from.
So if anybody has any clues it would be welcomed,
