I can't I see Traktor Pro 4 as an upgrade option in Native Access

The issue I have is that I am unable to upgrade to Traktor Pro 4 from Native Access. I’m running NA version 3.17.0 and both my devices (S2 MK3 and an S4 MK 3) are registered show up in My products & Serials on my native-instruments.com account. However, in native Access the Updates page shows no updates and simply reports that all my products are up to date and the Home page only gives me the option to download and install Pro v3, which have already done.

How can I update to Traktor Pro 4 please?

No. Only if you bought the hardware around or after TP4 got released.

Did you buy Traktor Pro 4 yet? Or did you buy new hardware that comes with Traktor Pro 4?

If not, then you have to visit the shop.

And buy it there. It should be a reduced price as you already own tp3. So please log in before buying.

I have a existing S4 MK3 and have Pro 3 already installed and working. I thought that i got a free upgrade to Pro 4 because i have the hardware?
