logging into mashine plus standalone native id

hello, my name is seven, im new, first time new. i bought the mashine plus standalone, i love it, i set up my native id and downloaded software on computer. i logged into standalone for first time and set it up. got the sound set up and even downloaded some extra sounds, it went great. DAY 2, my standalone will not let me log in to download rest of sounds, so it wont let me log into native id. i can use the mashine just fine, cpu is good, navigation is newby but good. my account on my computer works. my native id and password works on computer, NOT on standalone. pleas please HELP.
