Registering a second hand Traktor kontrol S2 is impossible, please help.

this is the most frustrating website I have ever dealt with! I am trying to register my second hand Traktor Kontrol S2 and I just keep getting redirected to the same, not helpful, website. I don't know the previous owner, cannot contact them and do not have an original invoice. Is there any way I can even use this product. I just want to get started using your product and it is impossible to do so. Please help.

    welcome to the community.

    Normal way of obtaining your software licence if you buying used NI hardware would be getting a license transfer ID from the previous owner.

    There are two alternatives:

    1.) You buy a new license for Traktor Pro 4. As you don't told us which generation of S2 you got it may came with Traktor Pro 2 or 3 and you want or need to upgrade anyway. Current Macs don't support Traktor Pro 2 anymore and you cannot buy Traktor Pro 3 by now.

    2.) You contact support. Go to Native Instruments site → Navigate to Support → Purchase & Account → Account Support → (scroll down) Log in to contact Support → Use the chat in the bottom right corner. Most likely you will need a proof of purchase in this process.
