Did anyone get the save 20% voucher to work? Any response on Educational Pricing?

I tried in Vouchers and tried in Gift Card, and the webpage rejected both.
Also, I never heard from anyone regarding Educational Pricing, after filling out the webform. It's been about 8 weeks.
Anyone else having better luck, with either?
