Trouble importing new tracks into collection since upgrading to Traktor Pro 4

Hello,

So I'm just getting started with Traktor Pro 4, having upgraded from version 3. However, it seems my new software doesn't want to import new tracks to my collection. My usual routine is to drag the new track files into the relevant folder on my external hard drive (where my music collection is located). I then start up Traktor 4 > right click 'Track Collection' > select 'Import Music Folders'. This has always been my method of importing new tracks. That doesn't appear to work for me on the new software!

So I've checked the settings under 'File Management'. I can see that the root directory is correctly pointed at my external hard drive and my collection. I've ensured that 'Analyse New Imported Tracks' and 'Import Music Folders at Start-Up' are both selected.

Does anyone have any advice on what I'm doing wrong?

same issue for me. won't let me analyze my external hard drive. no answers from anyone? so bizarre.
