Traktor Kontrol S8 - Display "Hold S & Q during startup for Vegas Mode" message on left screen

Went to use the S8, unit powers on, however a message displayed on the display says "Hold S & Q during startup for Vegas Mode" on left screen, and unit will not power on, even after restarting it. When I run the Vegas Mode instructions, I get lights ona ll buttons and does the pattern. Still will not run in in normal mode. Anyone have this happen and are there suggestions to get it out of this suspended state? This is a relativelybrand new machine (purchased brand new 10/24) and I've seen this message before, but the machine would start/operate like normal. Any feedback/support to fix this will be appreciated.
