Traktor Pro 4 - Blurry Waves and sotfware freezed

Hello.
I'm posting here a problem tthat affects me sometimes during my sets using Traktor Pro 4, with S4 MK3, Traktor F1 and a another MIDI controller.
Using frequently 2 track desks and one remix deck.

Randomly the waveform of some of the tracks became blurry and at this moment, the track stops inmediatly. You can start start the song over but when rwaching the blurred waveform still stops. When you try to keep going with others decks, the problem will appear soon up to crash all track decks. My only solution is to force quitting Traktor and restart the computer.

With exactly the same set and devices I could work perfectly when I got the older MacBook (2013) and the latest Traktor 3 version, 3.7 if I remember.

After NI launched Traktor Pro 4, I decided to get another laptop in order to install the new version.
So now, using the same devices, with the same settings but with a new and more powerful MacBook, the system crashes. So I think it is NOT a hardware or configuration issue.

I've read some posts explaining the same problem, so I guess it is not an unknown problem for NI team. The famous Blurry Waveforms topic. It seems that affect to many S4 MK3 users, I don't know others.

For the moment any advice such disable the stopping deck option (prevent for charge a song if the deck is currently being used) or uncheck multi-core processor has helped me on fixing this issue.

I experienced this issue at least every 5-6 events and in the middle of the set. The reputation as DJ is very compromised when these problems happen.
As NI and Traktor lovers, is becoming more difficult to defend Traktor in front of other software's users. Finally we're your most reliable ambassadors.

I'm in contact with NI technical support to try to solve this issue.

If you've experienced this issue and got a good solution, please share with me. It would be very appreciated. The same for me, I'll post here as soon as I get some ideas from NI Technical Support.

I am using Traktor S4 Mk 3. I have the same problem, albeit less frequently than you have mentioned. When it happens, a second version of Traktor Pro 4 has opened itself in the background. This has to be 'ended' in Task Manager before you can re-open Traktor Pro 4 again. There is no need to restart the computer if you do this.

I have followed all the recommended settings for the PC and everything else seems fine, this problem is entirely random. I would also like some suggestions from NI, if it's a software problem.
