Help calibrating timecode vinyl on technic 1210 and djm mixer

Trying to calibrate my timecoded vinyls on traktor 4 and they keep coming up saying low input check needle or record. However they work perfectly fine when playing normal vinyls through mixer.
Got my microphone turned on in permissions for traktor and also buffer size is at 512 which is only things I’ve found online which might cause it.
Anyone know anything that could solve it haha

it keeps saying check needles or records, my needles must be fine because I play normal vinyls on them perfect, do u reckon I need newer traktor time code vinyls as I’m on the mk1s, does traktor 4 not pick these up?

At least with my Xone:96 my old Mk1 vinyls still work in Traktor Pro 4 - at least the ones that aren't overused and worn out. Especially older vinyls can suffer as they get usually played more often than normal vinyl. And often you are backcueing or scratching with your timecodes on the same spot on the vinyl. Do you still have this issue if you are using parts of your timecode vinyl at the end?
As you use a Mac (at least you told in the other thread): Another issue can be that Traktor Pro has no access to microphones. You can check and change this in macOS system settings at Privacy & Security → Microphone.

Looking on the second screenshot: The scope looks pretty distorted. I think you need new timecode vinyls.

While typing a mod already merged both threads. :)

Hello,
do you have the MK2 vinyls?
0 -
No I believe there the mk1s as I bought them on eBay with an audio 8, before realising I don’t even need an audio interface as the djm v10 has one built in.
I’ve just ordered the mk2 vinyls of Bop dj to see if this helps, as traktor is saying check needles and records so could be that.
As my technic 1210s needles must be fine as they work perfect when playing normal vinyls.

this is what’s happening when I’m trying to calibrate.

Then wait for the mk2 version cause traktor 4 is not compatible with the mk1 vinyls. The signal is totally different as far as I know and could lead to that issue.with the new time code you will have a circle and a line in the scope, not the two circles as far as I know. As you can see here:
Time codes where switched long time ago with version 2 point something if I remember correctly. But hopefully someone else with more experience can help here too.
