Komplete Kontrol Not Working

Subject: Issue with Komplete Kontrol S25 – Navigation and Arpeggiator Not Working

Dear Native Instruments Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while using the Komplete Kontrol software with my Komplete Kontrol S25 MIDI keyboard.

Issue description:

•Komplete Kontrol does not fully recognize the keyboard – it only functions as a basic MIDI controller.

•Features like navigation, arpeggiator, Light Guide, and plugin integration are inactive.

•Maschine 2 works perfectly, which indicates that the device is properly connected to my computer.

What I have already tried:

1.Reinstalled Komplete Kontrol and updated all drivers.

2.Checked the USB connection by plugging the keyboard directly into my computer.

3.Reviewed the MIDI settings – the keyboard is detected but only as a basic MIDI controller.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Could you please advise on any additional troubleshooting steps or settings that might be affecting this situation?

Make sure you're using the 2.9.6 version of Komplete Kontrol, NOT the 3.x version that you get from Native Access as support for MK1 keyboards was dropped in KK3.x

Make sure you're using the 2.9.6 version of Komplete Kontrol, NOT the 3.x version that you get from Native Access as support for MK1 keyboards was dropped in KK3.x
